Terms of Membership

RezTown is an adult community created for those residents of Second Life looking to expand their Second Life experience through community interaction, communication and gaming. The focal theme of this web site is about its members and their Second Life identities as well as complimenting this with their 1st Life (real-life) identities if they so wish.

As the enjoyment and camaraderie of any community web site is dependent upon the fellowship and respectfulness amongst it’s members, RezTown feels it is important that guidelines for conduct on this web site be established to assist our community in understanding what will be acceptable behavior for posts on your, as well as other member’s profile pages. In accepting to become a member of RezTown, you hereby accept any terms of actions performed by the site Administrators (Admins) as they deem fit and appropriate to maintain the focal theme and appropriateness of this community.

As such, the following issues of note, if enacted on this website, will be considered actions subject to suspension or deletion of your account as determined by the website Admins. And realizing that it is often difficult to define the limits of acceptable versus unacceptable behavior, the Admins reserve the right for determining all disciplinary actions herein and immediately removing any on the website as they see fit. Actions subject to disciplinary action include, but are not limited to:

Harassment: direct or indirect harassment of others on this website is not permitted.

Name Calling: name calling of others on this website is not permitted.

Sexual Oriented 1st Life (real-life) pictures: are not permitted. We're trying to keep this site safe for members who wish to view RezTown at their job or business. Since some people find it difficult to draw the line on what constitutes “sexually oriented” material, any type of sexual oriented 1st Life pictures will not be allowed. Posting of nude 1st Life Picture will lead to the deletion of your account without warning.

Sexual oriented 2nd Life pictures: are permitted but must be marked as Mature. If you're unsure whether a certain picture should be marked as Mature, it most likely should be marked as Mature! Violators will be suspended.

Spamming: (sending out unsolicited messages or advertisements to others) is not permitted and will lead to the deletion of your account without prior warning.

Private Conversation: Posting of private conversation on our site without prior consent is not permitted.

Posting private information of others: without their prior consent is not permitted.

Copyrighted Materials: of others without their consent may not be posted on this website.

Images Created by Members: and posted on this website are considered "intellectual property" of the artist and use of pictures without heir consent is not permitted.

Cheating: is not permitted and will lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund.
